Water Aerobics

Let's keep swimming! Sometimes in life you have to just keep swimming no matter what is going on around you. One way to do that is to destress through water aerobics. If you don't know how to swim ... like me, no worries! With water aerobics, you do not necessarily need to know how to swim. Water aerobics classes are held in the shallow side of the pool and includes full body exercises in the water. It is a low impact workout that builds strength and endurance. Some benefits of participating in water aerobics include decreasing stress and anxiety and removing pressure on your joints. Does water aerobics sound like the activity for you? To get involved check out your local YMCA, parks and recreation, or community pool for water aerobics classes!
